FREE all weekend!
Want to learn the strange but true story of how Grandpa Bredo Morstol became the Frozen Dead Guy? Come watch the comedic documentary “Grandpa’s in the TUFF Shed” during the Frozen Dead Guy Days Festival. The 25-minute film will be shown at Wild Bear Nature Center on Saturday March 10 and Sunday March 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. approximately every half hour (except when The Newly-Dead Game is being played). DVD copies of “Grandpa’s STILL in the TUFF Shed” will be available for purchase in the gift shop.
ENJOY LIVE VULTURES ALL DAY Sunday in the Nature Center! Get up close and personal with these Decomposers of Death!
Wild Bear will also be the site for The Newly-Dead Game® on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 3:00 p.m. It’s like the classic TV show The Newlywed Game, but the questions focus on how well partners know each others’ last wishes. Couples scramble to get one of the four slots to play, so sign up early! It’s free to play. The game was created by Gail Rubin, The Doyenne of Death®, and first introduced at Frozen Dead Guy Days in 2011.
