Zen Tai Chi Class

Join Angi for a Zen Tai Chi class - Saturday April 7th at 1pm. Zen Tai Chi {or MOGA} is a combination of Tai Chi and QiGong and Gentle Yoga

Class can include:
- kneeling / seated meditation and energy warm ups
- walking meditations and stationary qigong and tai chi
- traveling tai chi foundation movements
- standing meditation, wall yoga, qigong, shavasana

Each class is intuitively led based on who is in attendance and what the needs of the class are. Come dressed as you are (casual loose fitting clothing or fitness attire). All ages (kids 4+ $5). All experience and fitness levels. Yoga mats provided or bring your own, cushions provided for kneeling/seated meditation. Class can be modified for chair.

The primary focus of MOGA is on wellness and balance of the mind body spirit and qi cultivation.

About Angi:

Angi is a MOGA and Thai Yoga Practitioner in Sarasota, Florida. Her classes provide optimum energetic balance by introducing a blend of yoga, intuitive soul movement, meditation, breathwork, tai chi, qigong, and bodywork.

Her sessions include elements of thai yoga massage, energy healing, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and spiritual empowerment and development. She is a Full Blessed Member of Oklevueha Native American Church of SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies® and an Ordained Minister through Be the Light Metaphysical Church.
