Fermented Condiments Workshop

In this workshop we will discuss how to make probiotic rich condiments (focusing on fermented hot sauces, salsa and honey garlic), while boosting flavor and digestibility! Great for your guts! There will be several fermented condiments to sample during class, all palates welcome (spice will range from mild to very hot). Each attendee will take home their own jar of hot-sauce to enjoy.

Class fee is $25 per person or 2 for $40! Bring a date or a friend!!
