Fascia helps explain movement and connection in the human body. There are 7 lines of “fascial continuity” as discovered by Thomas Myers. Through this workshop we will study these 7 lines of continuity, learning how to release tension and buildup of scar and fascial tissues. Additionally, we will study how the fascia and nervous system work together. We will move through a fascia releasing practice, meditation and various pranayama techniques to reset the nervous system and allow the body to move from fight or flight to rest and digest.
