Join the Wilderness Committee - Victoria Office for another tour of one of the world's most innovative and important solar communities! Just down the road from Victoria, the T'Souke First Nation has launched it's own solar revolution, and now draws much of its energy from entirely renewable sources.

This is climate leadership -- the kind we so desperately need at the provincial and federal level.

The cost will be a sliding scale of $10-20 per person round trip (please contact us if cost is a limitation). Please bring cash.

Transportation:
We will be carpooling to Sooke, so if you need a ride or have a vehicle and can drive others, please use this site: http://www.groupcarpool.com/t/k4s9wb !
If you live in Sooke and want to meet us there, let us know!

We'll be leaving downtown Victoria for Sooke at 12:30pm, returning at 5:30pm. The tour starts at 2pm and ends around 4pm. Folks that are carpooling will meet at Discovery Coffee (Douglas & Discovery) at 12:15pm.

Please bring your own snacks & water.

RSVP for the tour with Emily: emily@wildernesscommittee.org

Accessibility:
Please contact us with any questions about mobility restrictions.

We would like to acknowledge that this event will be taking place on the traditional unceded territory of the T'Sou-ke First Nation.
