Are you overworked and just need a break but can’t take that vacation you’ve been waiting for?
Are you stressed out or overly tired and can’t seem to catch up even with a full nights sleep?
Do you struggle to take care of yourself because you’re so busy taking care of others.
If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, this Self-Care Workshop is for you.
Join Eden Davis for this workshop that is designed to teach and support busy people in adopting short, simple, proven techniques you can integrate into your daily routine to reboot and recharge, coming home to yourself. Meanwhile, this workshop will help you refuel your personal energy reserves without having to travel to a faraway place.
Explore the power of slowing down to get in deeper touch with your body and intuition. The workshop will consist of guided meditation, journaling, breath work, a gentle warmup and a full hour of restorative bliss accompanied with hands-on-assists with essential oils that will provide deeper relaxation.
Please bring a journal. Every participant will take home a care package to foster nourishment when life overwhelms.
