Appreciate the bounty of nature in this hands on workshop which takes place in the forest. We will cover plant identification and gather leaves and flowers as we go through the forest and end by making a wild greens salad as well as a herbal forest tea. Through this process you will also learn a bit about the relationship between First Nations stewardship and plant abundance.
