We will teach students the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and engaging environment. This is perfect for new students, current students that want more out of their yoga practice and teachers.

The studies will include

Breath work (pranayama)
Surya Namaskar A,B,C (sun sals)
Warrior Series
Balancing and Seated Postures
Meditation (for stress, anxiety and depression)
Dosha work
