Join us this Tuesday as we welcome American Solera from Tulsa, Oklahoma to our taps. American Solera is an inovative and creative craft brewery specializing in the oak barrel aging process. Most of their beers are aged 6 to 18 months prior to packaging. Giving each beer its own unique flavor profile. They boast a cellar of 16 foeders, puncheons, and wine barrels.

We'll be tapping their Foeder Cerise, a sour golden ale brewed with a mix of brettanomyces and several different souring cultures. It is then aged for six months on top of Montmorency Cherries. The flavors produced are sour cherry and cinnamon with a touch of Brett funk. Stop in and try a beer on the forefront of the american sour beer revolution.
