Family Dream Sharing can help create a space to bring your brightest dreams into the world, or become the super hero of your own story!
The benefits of dream sharing include;
Encourage narrative writing skills
Oral storytelling skills
Big picture thinking
Creative problem solving
Empowered self awareness!
Couldn't we all use some of that? When we share dreams together as a family, we learn skills in deep listening and deeper communication. Creative expression and emotional intelligence are free flowing. Bonds of trust and communication are developed in this process that respects the dreamer and the dream, and creates a safe space to take action to honor the dream.
This can be fun, with creative approaches to song and dance, drawing or painting, even dream theater or make believe games to bring the brightest dreams into waking life. Children are the best teachers in this area, and really amazing dreamers. Parents may have some remembering to do in this area:)
In this workshop we will learn;
How to handle scary dreams
Bedtime rituals for sweet dreams
The importance of animal allies
How to honor the dreamer and the dream with deep listening
How to take creative action based on the dream
We will have art supplies handy, snacks available, dream sharing and journaling tips for parents, practice our deep listening skills with dreams the children bring through. Together, we will explore a conscious group dream journey, guided by the sound of the drum, to connect with our animal guides and discover the amazing places you can go inside a conscious dream journey!
Bring a dream to share, a dream journal if you have one, blankets or pillows to lay on and an animal pal. (Teddy bears welcome)

- When I became a mother I felt strongly that one of the most enduring ways I could support my children, is by honoring their dreams and imagination by cultivating a practice of Family Dream Sharing. I understood the importance dreams have played in my own life, and so we shared dreams over breakfast each morning. Family Dream Sharing Workshops are one of my favorite offerings to teach and I am excited to share this with you and your family!
