Discover the taste of Wisconsin! The state's land and its people are really what makes Wisconsin's food unique. Some flavors are familiar; some are not. But every food has its own story that tells you where it comes from and about the people who brought that food tradition to Wisconsin. Authors Terese Allen and Bobbie Malone will talk about some of the food that makes Wisconsin, Wisconsin. After their demonstration, you'll have a chance to be the cooks when they teach you how to make butter and Hmong larb!

Suggested donation of $2 per child.

This event is part of the Wisconsin Historical Society's Flavor of Wisconsin celebration.
