This workshop is specifically designed to help women navigate the complexities of pregnancy, recover from childbirth, prepare for the physical demands of motherhood, and have a successful return to their fitness choice. Pregnancy and postpartum equalizes the playing field and no one is immune to the healing process, no matter the level of fitness.
You will learn how to implement new breathing strategies and movement patterns that will help you move safely and effectively. Diastasis Recti, leaking, pelvic pain/pressure, and back pain are often ignored or brushed off as “normal” conditions for a postpartum woman, but there are many evidence based practices that can help manage these symptoms.
