This Lunchtime class is designed to get you in and out of the studio in 45 minutes--for the busiest of ladies!!
We will work primarily on the abdominlnals, inner core, pelvic floor, and back body, throwing in all over body conditioning, all set to fun, upbeat music.
This class is ideal for all women, and also would be particularly helpful for postpartum women who have a weak core after having a baby, or anyone looking to strenghten thier core in a very efficient and safe full body way.
Beth has been working with women, specifically women of the childbearing age for over a decade. Come and learn from someone who truly knows how to help you strengthen your body safely.
