Six week comprehensive self-defense course on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. taking place from April 21st through May 26th. Maximize your effectiveness in responding to an attacker situation from day one! Every week will have a different focus and the opportunity for refreshers on previous sessions, you will leave with a solid understanding of all items presented throughout this six week training. A few topics to be covered include: awareness, escaping various grabs, implementing eye gouges and hands on weapons defense in a safe environment. All elements are designed to help you neutralize situations to keep you and your loved ones safe!
