On Sunday, May 20th, the Kiwanis Club of Warner Center – Woodland Hills, will host a Children’s Festival and Pancake Breakfast at the new Woodland Hills Recreation Center, 5858 Shoup Avenue.
Breakfast – pancakes and sausage - will be served from 8:30 to 11:30 and costs just $5 for adults and $3 for kids ages 5-10. Children under 5 eat free!
Every adult ticket purchased will be entered into a drawing, with the winner taking home $250. Bring the kids so they can enjoy a climbing wall, bouncy house and petting zoo. There is no admission fee for this event.
The funds raised by the Pancake Breakfast will support the good works done by our community Kiwanis Club which include serving Sunday Night Dinners at Ronald McDonald House, hosting the annual Kiwanis Equestrian Competition for Special Athletes, and play dates at Brandon’s Village, to name just a few. A limited number of spaces are available for vendors who would like to participate in this special event. For more information or to purchase advance tickets for the pancake breakfast, contact Linda Rice (818) 883-0336.
