Join the WCPA for our annual College Poetry Contest which was created to encourage and recognize the next generation of poets. The finalists are nominated by faculty and administrators from participating colleges in Worcester County. Submissions are judged for the Manuscript Prize, and finalists are asked to perform two submitted poems for the Performance Prize. Students compete for a
cash award and a one-year WCPA membership in each category. In addition, a poem from the winning manuscript is published in a future edition of the WCPA literary journal, The Worcester Review.
