YOGI BABIES CLASS INFORMATION:
YOGI BABIES classes contain dozens of unique Yoga postures designed to support a baby's development as the grow.
This class is best for active crawlers to early walkers.
Each class provides a calm and nurturing yoga practice filled with ways to enhance bonding and make babies happier and more comfortable in their bodies. During a Baby class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. We will also be moving around the room some and dancing with babies a bit. (:
For parents & caregivers, this class gives you time to enjoy the company of other parents, learn breathing, relaxation, and self-nurturing techniques while aiding your baby´s emerging development and personality.
Most of the yoga we do is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself.
No yoga experience is required. Wear comfy yoga-style clothes and socks. No shoes are required.
