Sometimes getting together with some likeminded crafters is just what you need! Join us on the first Wednesday of each month and "Have a Yarn". Bring your own crochet project and enjoy the company, refreshments and banter in our beautiful seaside location.
If you are stuck on something, Cass and Maddy (aka Coral and Cactus, our resident crochet experts) will be there to help you get unstuck.
This is a not for profit, community-based class. We are aiming to get together a gaggle of regulars for a giggle. The aim is to build an inclusive crafting group and participate in nationwide charity projects such as the 5000 Poppies project and Octopus for a Preemie.
About the Teachers:
Cass and Maddy met as neighbours 6 years ago and bonded instantly over their love of crafting and crochet. After many a crafternoon, they decided to turn this crafty love into a business, blooming into their collective, Coral and Cactus at the beginning of 2017. Cass discovered a love for crochet whilst nursing her first kidlet and passed on her passion & knowledge of the craft to Maddy, teaching her to make her first granny square only 3 years ago. From that point on, Maddy was as hooked as Cass for making everything from blankets, to teddies, to jumpers and more & more…!
What you will learn:
Cass and Maddy will be able to assist you in complex areas of your own projects if you'd like
What you will get:
-Assistance with your project if you need it
-Good times and good company
