A slow-paced Hatha Yoga class for those new to the practice or wanting to slow down and unwind. The class will involve holding each pose for a few breaths to release tension in the body and build strength. Learn to move with the breath and align the body safely in selected yoga asanas. Expect to leave the class with an elevated mood, feeling calm and peaceful.

Isabel has been practicing yoga for the past 8 years and has taught both in Australia and in India. She's studied traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in India, learning from teachers who were born into the Yogic Lifestyle and passionately share its origins and message. Isabel loves introducing yoga to anyone who is curious, and aims to really share the goodness and healing that she's gained from the practice.
