The danger of nuclear war today seems as high as it has been since the end of the Cold War.

Alicia Sanders-Zakre, a researcher at the Arms Control Association in Washington D.C., will present a strategy to confront these growing risks.

Alicia researches multilateral nuclear arms control and disarmament at the Arms Control Association and reports for Arms Control Today. Alicia has also written for the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, The Hill and The Concord Monitor among other publications, and was featured in Women in Foreign Policy. She was born in Concord, NH and graduated from Concord High School.
