Mindfulness is when we take the time out of our day to focus on ourselves. When we bring peace to our busyness and enjoy the moment.
De-stress and unwind with some simple techniques, using breathing and meditation. A simple, relaxed session where you can leave your worries at the door and just 'be'.
We will be looking at the body and how it holds stress and negativity, and finding strategies to help you acknowledge and manage that. Learning how to attract the best into your life.
Mindfulness is not a religious practice and is open to all women.
Being mindful can help:
• reduce anxiety and depression, anger problems, post traumatic stress.
• improve self confidence, harmonious relationships, happiness.
