WWF-India is pleased to introduce the second chapter of Barefoot Botanist, a journey to ​inculcate specialized volunteering skills among nature enthusiasts and empower them to make ​a ​positive impact towards environment conservation.

It is a four week- eight module programme beginning 14th of April 2018 till the 6th of May 2018 (weekends only) which aims to enable a participant to take the plunge into the world of plants, their mysteries and stories for citizens of all levels and backgrounds to come together, be inspired and connect with nature through hands on learning about native plants of Delhi under the tutelage of Mr. Vijay Dhasmana, renowned naturalist.

The WWF-India Barefoot Botanist delves into the secret world of plants and is a voyage of discovery, designed especially for those wanting to develop a keen understanding of these amazing primary producers, and their relationship with the environment and other living organisms including humans. This journey will hone your observational skills to the marvelous adaptations of plants and help you understand the relevance of form and function in nature.

Cost for the certificate course covering resource person cost and venue costs- Rs. 3999/- per person.
