Improve balance, flexibility and strength with Nina Adrienne Turner’s Pilates classes, focusing on body awareness and challenging the core muscle strength. Pilates is a low impact exercise class known to create long, lean muscle tone, improving posture and mobility and strengthening the body from the inside out. Will also include some breath work to help create a mind body connection.

Nina Adrienne Turner has been working as a fitness professional for 7 years and teaching Pilates for 4 years. Nina's qualifications include exercise referral and pre and post natal exercise. Nina aims to create sessions in which everyone feels welcome and is encouraged to work to their own ability by giving a variety of options for exercises and stretches.
