An opportunity to experience a day of Mindfulness practice guided by experienced teachers. Mindfulness is a meditation practice through which we seek to cultivate awareness of the present moment. It has been shown to improve well-being, increase our enjoyment of life and help us to appreciate the things that are important. It can also help to manage stress, anxiety, depression or living with physical health issues, calm busy minds and live life fully.
Prior experience of Mindfulness is not necessary to enjoy and benefit from the day.
