Taste delicious recipes created by Chef Belton that are featured in his new national public television cooking series, “Kevin Belton’s New Orleans Kitchen,” and cookbook by the same name on Saturday, April 7 at 2:00 p.m. during CHEF KEVIN BELTON’S TASTING AND MEET & GREET at the WYES Paulette and Frank Stewart Innovation Center for Educational Media located at 916 Navarre Avenue in New Orleans.
Guests will mingle with the 6’9” beloved host while sampling Citrus Roasted Chicken with Lemon Mashed Potatoes and Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake, two dishes from an episode spotlighting Plaquemines Parish Citrus.
Attendees will want to grab a copy of Chef Belton’s newest cookbook, which is a 192-page hardcover cookbook with over 80 recipes and 80+ color photos. In order to ensure that you receive a cookbook, it is best to purchase in advance.
