The 43rd Annual National Wellness Conference theme is Navigating Wellness: Mapping a Positive Path. The wellness landscape is constantly shifting in countries throughout the world. As policies and environments are altered, and innovative ideas to facilitate behavior change are introduced, wellness professionals and the individuals they serve discover not only new obstacles, but also new inspiration.

The Conference will be held on June 18 - 20, 2018 in St. Paul, Minnesota. It offers wellness promoters from across the globe the opportunity to navigate this terrain together. Through ground-breaking educational sessions, rejuvenating personal enhancement programs, and memorable social events, our sights remain set on guiding the communities we serve on a positive and affirming path toward whole-person wellness.

I will be presenting the Effects of Meditative Movements™ for Persons with Chronic Health Conditions on Wednesday, June 20 at 2:30. By attending this session, you will learn how the Meditative Movement™ program may be effective in reducing anxiety, depression, and fatigue, while improving emotional and functional well-being for persons with chronic health conditions. This low cost program resonates with youth and adults and fits into various health care settings and institutions.
