The Xplosive kids Boot-Camp class is focused on teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN, while teaching proper movement to support growth and development. Bootcamp class will be focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 7 to 12-year-old. Circuits will be designed to introduce our youngest group of Athletes to the concepts of good movement, body awareness and basic Functional Movements(squats, lunges, pushups, setups, jumping, running) and team building. The goal of the Xplosive Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general), as well as instill a lifelong love of fitness and an active lifestyle. Despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus of the Kids class is still on FUN and proper movement.
