Building from the Xplosive Kids class, the goal of the Xplosive Teens program is to improve health and fitness, as well as Athletic Performance. This program utilizes age appropriate weight lifting techniques (only building weight after demonstrating consistent proper movement without weight), basic gymnastic/bodyweight movements and cardiovascular conditioning. Xplosive Teens BootCamp will develop full-body strength, flexibility, power, and balance to supplement all Athletics. Teens will gain confidence and reduce injury risk. Classes are perfect for everyone from serious athletes to those seeking to maintain an active lifestyle.
