We are pairing one of the largest whisky collections in Australia from the house of Suntory with a menu packed with mouth-watering temptations. Chef Adam Lane will take you on an indulgent 6-course omakase journey that will sweep you off your feet.
For $99 per person, be tempted with tipples from the Hibiki, Yamazaki and Hakushu collections and enjoy locally sourced Yamagen foodie favourites like Sakura Smoked Ocean Trout and AO Nori Crispy Quail, just to name a few.
