We’re hosting a new 6-week session for those of you who want a little bit of sweat and burn to accompany your yoga flow! Power Yoga: Strength + Sweat will begin Wednesday, April 4 at 6 p.m.
Lead by Meghan and Laura, this class is a blend of high intensity cardio flow + resistance training using your body weight. Move to the high energy music as we progress through fast and creative sequences, and fire up your internal heat as we target and strengthen our arms, cheeks, core, and legs.
We’ll explore some inversions and minor arm balances. Familiarity with basic yoga poses is required. The session will run for six weeks at $42.
