"Mahou to" meaning "magic and"
We are so excited to be back for our second Summer Mahouto Market to bring you more local Seattle and PNW artists who are inspired by Japan and Asia and all things kawaii and anime and Japanese culture related! ECCC and Sakuracon are over until next year so come get your fix of art, handmade goods, and more (until our holiday show).
We are excited to announced to accommodate our growth and fit more artists we have moved to Yesler Community Center. We will be inside the gymnasium hosting 60 artists which is our biggest show yet! The Pacific Rim Center which has 2 hour free parking is just two blocks away and down some stairs. It is also very easy to get to by bus and Seattle streetcar with a stop just in front of the Community Center. There will be lots of room inside the community center for attendees to sit, pack away their loot, and meet up with friends. Grab some bubble tea from Hi B3ar inside Pacific Rim or Hardwok Cafe just up the hill. If you want to go to Kinokuniya and Uwajimaya after, it's a short 0.6 mile walk from Yesler Community Center or a ride on the Seattle Street Car from the venue on Yesler Way and Broadway down to 5th ave and Jackson street.
This is a ***F R E E*** event.
