Yess Yoga’s women’s circle is back for its 4th year! Led by Lucia Yess and Anna Befort, this women's circle is a great way to go inward to explore your own shadow while also calling in humor and community. Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to yoga or a longtime yogini.
Faith can be a loaded word in our culture. To us, it isn’t about religious conviction or dogma, but rather a heartfelt belief in what's good: in ourselves, in our communities, in the world. It’s a call to clarify what’s important to us, what we want to feed in our lives, and what we want to stand up for in the world.
In our culture, we receive a lot of mixed messages around faith, from the blind faith of fundamentalism to the idea that doubt = don’t. In this women’s circle, we’ll use discussion, writing, asana (particularly strength and balance poses), and partner work to explore doubts, fears, and old conditioning we may have around faith, as well as to illuminate and strengthen our conviction and commitment toward what deeply matters to us in life.
Want more? We've got another women's circle coming up in May:
