The next Introduction to Yoga Course runs in October 2018.
Wednesdays 7pm to 8:30 pm, 3, 10, 17 and 24 October
This course is for those new to Yoga, returning after a time away, or wanting the discipline of a course to start the Autumn of 2018 off.
- You don't need to be bendy or flexible
- You don't need to be strong or have lots of stamina
- You don't need to know a lot about yoga
But you do need an open mind, curiosity and a willingness to explore!
In these classes we will explore simple yoga postures, both gentle dynamic movement and slower stretchy postures, along with breathing exercises, relaxation and mindfulness meditation.
The environment is intended to be one of nurture and growth and the pace quite gentle.
Most health conditions can be accommodated, but let me know if you have specific worries.
Your investment for these six weeks is £30.00, which is non refundable but if you can't make class in any week you can come to another class that week on my regular schedule.
