The breath is one of the powerful tools of yoga; its effect can be calming or uplifting, it can support our movement, it can tell us when we are overdoing things.

In this workshop we will start by looking at the physiological and energetic qualities of the breath, the yogic concept of Prana and Pranayama, and then look at breath based Yoga practices we can use in day to day life.

The workshop will be a mixture of talk, discussion, sitting practice and some movement, and is suitable for a.
