If you are looking for a fun and challenging way to get fit, then our outdoor Bootcamp will suit you!
Caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner to the fit, we will have circuits, weights, body weight, tyres, ropes out on the lawn beside the pool area.
High Intensity Interval training to get in the fat burning stage and increase your fitness
Strength training, core and ab training. Each week there will be increased challenges and variety in movements.

This class is included in all access memberships or can be done casually.
