Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’, is a combination of relaxation, affirmation, respiration and visualization techniques that are used together to create deep relaxation in the physical body. This multidimensional approach facilitates deep integration of mind, body and spirit. Experience this profound relaxation yourself as Suzanne guides you through a gentle asana and yoga nidra practice. This practice is appropriate for anyone, regardless of physical condition. Please dress warmly in layers as you will be lying in savasana for about an hour. You may eat a light meal one hour before class. Cost $25 paid in advance or $35 for drop in.
