Join Katrina E-RYT 200 and Yoga Bella for a 90 minute Yang to Yin Workshop! This workshop will work to balance yang and yin, light and dark, masculin and feminine, while balancing your mind, body, and breath. We start off the class with a Yang asana practice, this class with use dynamic movements, create heat, and use our muscles as we move through this energizing practice. Then we will spend the remainder of class practicing turning inward and focusing on Yin. Yin is a quiet, inward practice that uses long, passive holds to get into the deep connective tissues. We will emphasis work on the hips, shoulders, and back. Join us for an absolutely beautiful way to let go of the stress and tension of your day.
