Join Jessica for an exciting 4-week series of Prenatal Yoga classes! The class will adapt traditional yoga postures for the specific needs of pregnancy and post natal self-care through yoga movements and breath work. The class will also aid in relieving tension and guiding you on how to remain calm and balanced, important skills during labor and delivery. Each class will offer a safe and fun space for sharing your experience with other expecting mothers! This class will take place from 2:30 pm-3:45 pm every Saturday in April in the Yoga Central Lotus Room.
