Kundalini Chakra Yoga is the Yoga of Awakening and Awareness of the body. It is a dynamic, powerful practice that is designed to open your conscious awareness to connect to your soul.
Kundalini Yoga, also known as “Laya Yoga,” is a yoga that is influenced by Shaktism and Tantra schools of Hinduism. It derives its name through a focus on awakening Kundalini (the “Snake”) energy through a regular practice of Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting Mantra - such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity” - and Yoga Asana. Awareness will be brought to movement of Kundalini energy as it travels through the spinal cord, up to the pineal glad, to the third eye, and into the brain - awakening and balancing the seven chakras.
The goal is to build physical vitality, increase conscious awareness, and support connection to the soul to find balance.
