Stress takes a big toll on our body. It is tied to our immune system, our digestive system, our energy level, skin, hair, and our relationships with others.
In this workshop we will learn different tools to cope with stress and the effects it has on the body using both yoga and movement therapeutic practices.
By holding space for creative movement, you will be listening to what your body needs to heal, and you will bring awareness into the body, the way you flow through life, and your breath.
