Join us Saturday, April 7th for a wonderful introduction
to pranayama — the science of breathing.
In this workshop, students will learn about the basic mechanics of respiration and how to use proper breathing habits to accelerate their health, correct respiratory difficulties, and employ a greater sense of vitality and peace of mind.
This evening will be a glimpse into the NEW pranayama classes that will be on our weekly schedule every Saturday & Sunday, 6-7:30pm starting this April. We look forward to having you out!
