For those who struggle with everyday anxiety, an overwhelmed mind or just struggling to fit in enough time to get the necessary hours of sleep each day, this sleep workshop will address trouble falling asleep, as well as concerns with night waking. This interactive discussion begins with why we need to prioritize sleep and the impact sleep deprivation can have on our mind and bodies. The workshop moves into solution-focused action steps from establishing a routine, addressing stress and anxiety triggers, educating on the effects of technology, light and foods that may not be serving you. We end our dialogue with some breathing techniques and a brief introduction to meditation. Remove the dread of another poor night’s sleep and joining us to learn the steps needed to feel confident and calm when heading to bed.
