Inspired by my teachers, the health, strength, and happiness that yoga has brought my life, I share with my students a sacred and safe space where they can connect with their body, mind, and soul. I pay close attention to provide guidance to apply the proper technique of postures in order to prevent any injury.
I integrate alignment, breathing, and purpose with each pose, making every class unique, promoting a meaningful practice. Each of my classes is thoughtfully designed and accessible to all fitness backgrounds and body types.
