A nourishing practice designed to soften and open the body so the breath can flow with ease. Instructor Katie Louvat will guide students through a gentle asana practice, including some long-held restorative postures and myofacial release techniques, to free the diaphragm, dissolve muscle tension, and create space for unhindered respiration. The afternoon will include periods of focused breath-work and quiet meditation.
All levels of students are welcome. Space is limited, please preregister.
WHEN: Sunday, April 15, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
