Join our new Children's Yoga Class starting Monday 16th April from 4:00pm to 4:55pm each week with Russell.
The yoga class is designed for children aged 6 to 12 years old. Children are taught yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques in a safe, fun and engaging environment.
Yoga has many social, emotional and physical benefits such as:
