We are thrilled to add this incredible new workshop as we invite you to deepen your restorative yoga experience with added sound healing.

Step away from the rush of life, rejuvenate yourself and join us for a Restorative Yoga Sound Healing Journey with 200RYT Jacqueline Brooke Hepler and Sound Healer, Alexander Tuttle.

Restorative Yoga is a form of soothing therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga postures. The focus of Restorative Yoga is on alignment and adjustment, which allows the body to relax and rest.

During this workshop Alexander creates sound with crystal bowls, Tibetan cowls, Native American flute, tingshas, didgeridoo, sitar, chimes, bells, gong, drums, vocal toning, and vocables, in a stimulating and supportive manner while Caitlyn gently guides you through multiple restorative poses.

Our body is like a musical instrument. When the instrument is not tuned properly, a state of dis-ease or imbalance occurs. Each cell in our body is genetically programmed to maintain its own health and well-being. During the course of our life many emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental factors interfere with this state. When Sound Healing is added to Restorative Yoga you then give your body, mind and spirit optimal opportunity to renew and heal itself.

The class is ideal for those going through stressful times, suffering from chronic pain, illness, injury, or major life changes. It is also great for anyone who wants to experience rejuvenation of the body and mind through active relaxation and sound healing.
