EXPERIENCE YIN YOGA!
Join Yoga with Ronen for a special Friday evening Yin Yoga Class. Connect with your Yinner self as you let go of the week and start your weekend with positive energy. Using traditional yogic postures that require less of an external effort, Yin Yoga has a deep effect, resulting in stretching of connective tissues and opening of pathways to allow free flow of energy.
This class includes use of props, such as blocks, blankets, sand bags, belts, bolsters and eye-pillows. Poses will be held 3 to 8 minutes each, using very little, if any, muscle effort. No previous knowledge of Yin yoga is required. Accommodating all levels.
