Stepping into an authentic sense of self worth

In this one day workshop we meet in the circle of women to transform the energies of shame and unworthiness and their impact in our life.
Together we create a relational field which serves as a safe container for exploration, embracing parts of us which long for attention , acceptance and love.
Stepping out of avoidance and into the willingness to look at and feel invites powerful resolution and integration to take place.
Opening our heart to the more vulnerable aspects that long to see the light of day and be loved allows a new sense of power to emerge.
In sharing this experience with other committed women we open a field of kindness , compassion and sisterhood – deeply knowing that we are not alone with our pain and our longing.
We can let go of controling life, trusting more and more in our worth and that life is on our side.

Transparency and vulnerability are the medicine and the invitation in a world which is mainly focused on outward appearance and self defence.
You are invited to come home to your self , loving your self as never before!
