Prevent and relieve lower back and pelvic pain. Learn ways to relax, lengthen and strengthen your psoas and how to align your bone structure.

We will use our asana practice to create a gradual releasing and letting go of your psoas muscles. By focusing on the proper alignment of the bones in each posture you will experience a deeper connection to the body and its most natural alignment. We will have fun exploring different poses while helping each other in partner work.

You will feel greater freedom in your lower back and hips, and a deeper breath and calmer mind. You will leave with a deeper knowledge of your body and how to keep it alignment using several postures you can practice daily.
