Room: Main Yoga Room

Cost: $60 prepay // $70 door

Props: Bolsters, blocks, blankets, wall ropes and straps are your friend. – Do you use them? Would you like to know how?

Standing, sitting - and even walking - having a solid foundation is key to building stability. Whether you are just starting out in your practice or have been on the path for years, props provide a point of support to stabilize so you can deepen further. This stability helps to reduce strain, refine alignment and avoid injury as you practice.

In this workshop we will cover:

-Anatomy of the feet, legs and hips

-Optimal body alignment

-Body habits off the mat that reinforce misalignment

-Multiple prop options to improve alignment and habits

-Strategies for including props into your regular practice
